Welcome To Votek Steel
We manufacture light gauge steel wall frames and roof and floor trusses, and structural purlins in West Gosford for delivery to the Central Coast, Sydney, Newcastle and Regional New South Wales.
Each Frame and Truss is custom precision engineered using Vertex DB software. Components are produced using the latest computer integrated roll forming machinery which has millimetre accuracy.
We undertake to provide our customers with easy to install, structurally sound and accurate Wall Frames, Roof Trusses and Purlins on budget and on time.

From design to manufacture our process is computer integrated with advanced engineering software. This ensures that the end product is millimetre accurate, structurally sound and easy to install.
Steel Purlins
Using G450 Z350 steel and accurate rollforming machinery we custom make engineering compliant C and Z Purlins and Girts to your size length and punching requirements.
Benefits Of Steel Framing
Because of their light weight and accuracy steel frames are easy to carry and fix in place by your on site installers. They will not need to straighten and brace each frame against warping by sun and moisture.
Accuracy
Light gauge steel frames are manufactured to within 1 mm accuracy and do not warp or expand and shrink with varying moisture levels.
Ease of Installation
Because of their light weight and accuracy steel frames are easy to carry and fix in place by your on site installers. They will not need to straighten and brace each frame against warping by sun and moisture.
Strength
G550 steel is 32 times stronger than framing timber. The strength allows it to be rolled into high strength profiles less than a millimeter thick with the same strength as 45mm thick framing timber.
Endurance
G550 coated with AZ150 will not shrink or expand as moisture levels vary. It will not warp or rot.
Termites and Borers
Termites and boring insects will not eat or nest in Steel Frames. Periodic chemical treatments are no longer required.
Mould
Mould requires a benchmark level of moisture to grow. Steel does not retain moisture so goes a long way to eliminating mould health problems.
